1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luckgame ("we," "us," or "luckgame"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at luckgame.app and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirements
Access to and use of luckgame is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:
- Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. luckgame strictly complies with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations, which prohibit the provision of gaming services to persons under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and is required before any withdrawal is processed.
- Jurisdiction. You must be accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or, where applicable, from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is legal in your location.
- Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the Platform.
- Self-Exclusion. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through your luckgame account settings or required by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
- One Account. You may hold only one (1) active luckgame account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.
Underage Access Strictly Prohibited. luckgame employs age verification technology and manual review processes to prevent underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. Any balance in such an account will be subject to review and potential forfeiture in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable law.
3 Account Registration
To access the full range of luckgame services, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following terms apply to account registration:
3.1 Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by luckgame for the purposes of KYC compliance. You are prohibited from registering using false information, assumed names, or the identity of another person.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
luckgame is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and, in some cases, proof of address and a selfie photograph. Accepted identification documents include: UMID, SSS card, GSIS card, Philippine driver's licence, Philippine passport, PhilSys ePhilID, Voter's ID, PRC Professional ID, and NBI Clearance (issued within the past twelve months).
3.3 Account Currency
All luckgame accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). luckgame does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
3.4 Account Ownership
Each luckgame account is personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, assign, sell, gift, or permit any other person to use your account. luckgame accounts are strictly for the use of the registered holder only.
4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. luckgame will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you, unless you have notified luckgame of a security breach in writing via the support channel.
You agree to:
- Choose a strong, unique password and update it periodically;
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
- Log out of your account after each session on shared or public devices;
- Never share your login credentials with any third party;
- Immediately notify luckgame support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
luckgame will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from luckgame that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5 Deposits & Payment Methods
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
luckgame accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq (over-the-counter cash deposit). Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel. Certain promotional deposit offers may have higher minimum amounts, which will be clearly disclosed in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.3 Deposit Processing
GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your luckgame wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times and may take longer during weekends or public holidays. luckgame does not impose deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.4 Deposit Integrity
All deposits to luckgame must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the originating account may be suspended. luckgame does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal means.
GCash & Maya Name Matching
The name on your GCash or Maya account must match the name on your luckgame account exactly. Name mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or rejection. If your name differs due to a nickname or maiden/married name change, contact luckgame support before your first withdrawal attempt.
6 Withdrawals
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed luckgame's KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may be restricted from processing withdrawals until identity verification is completed. luckgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.
6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily or monthly withdrawal limits vary by payment method and KYC level. These limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your luckgame account. luckgame reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits with reasonable prior notice.
6.4 Withdrawal to Source Account
luckgame adheres to a return-to-source policy where practicable. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. luckgame may require supporting documentation before processing withdrawals to alternative accounts.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
luckgame may offer various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion and which form part of these Terms by incorporation.
The following general rules apply to all luckgame promotions:
- Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
- Eligibility. Promotions are available to eligible registered players only, unless otherwise stated. luckgame reserves the right to exclude certain players from specific promotions at its reasonable discretion.
- One Promotion Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per IP address, per device, and per payment account.
- Abuse Prevention. luckgame reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse the promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
- Expiry. Bonuses and free spins not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and are not recoverable.
8 Gaming Rules
8.1 Game Availability
luckgame offers a range of games including slot machines, live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker), bingo, keno, and related products. Game availability is subject to change at luckgame's discretion, including temporary or permanent removal of specific titles.
8.2 Random Number Generation
All random number generation (RNG)-based games offered on the luckgame Platform use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games use physical randomisation equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers in studio environments.
8.3 Game Malfunction
In the event of a game malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error that interrupts a gaming session, luckgame's policy is to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. luckgame shall not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from or during a documented technical malfunction. The decision of luckgame's technical team regarding malfunctions is final.
8.4 Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game's interface or in the lobby. luckgame reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. VIP players may be subject to separate negotiated bet limit arrangements.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckgame Platform and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering or maintaining more than one account;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
- Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or platform feature;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments;
- Engaging in money laundering or any transaction designed to obscure the source of funds;
- Attempting to circumvent luckgame's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion arrangements;
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward luckgame staff or other players;
- Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the luckgame Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface designs, and compilation thereof, is the property of luckgame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Philippine Intellectual Property Code (Republic Act No. 8293).
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of luckgame.
11 Account Suspension & Termination
11.1 Suspension by luckgame
luckgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The player has breached these Terms;
- The player is engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity;
- The account is being used in violation of applicable law;
- The player has provided false KYC information;
- Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or legal risk to luckgame.
11.2 Consequences of Termination for Breach
Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, luckgame may, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines, withhold or forfeit all or part of the account balance, including any winnings arising from the breach.
11.3 Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting luckgame support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard timelines prior to closure, subject to verification requirements.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckgame, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
- Interruptions in service due to maintenance, system failures, or events beyond luckgame's reasonable control;
- Losses arising from your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law in your jurisdiction;
- Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
luckgame's total cumulative liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your luckgame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit luckgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
13 Responsible Gaming
luckgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Program seriously. All players are encouraged to use the platform's built-in tools to manage their gaming activity.
Available responsible gaming tools include:
- Deposit Limits – set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;

14 Privacy & Data Protection
luckgame processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by luckgame's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including its use for KYC verification, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR, fraud prevention, and the provision of the gaming services you have requested.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall first be submitted to luckgame's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit all complaints in writing to the luckgame support team via the official support channel, with full details of the dispute.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism, as applicable under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. The decision of PAGCOR or its designated arbitration body shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from the appropriate Philippine court where delay would cause irreparable harm.
16 Amendments to These Terms
luckgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, luckgame will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure through the support channel.
